gained the knowledge to begin the company. The inspiration to train and coach was sparked by appreciating the many instructors she encountered through conferences,workshops and classes. Finally she was prepared to offer her skillsets on a broader scale. Starting in 2011, MaxLife has been supporting businesses in the Frederick community and beyond.
MaxLife goes into businesses and organizations to facilitate conversations and trainings that are often difficult and uncomfortable yet vital for a sound workplace. The topics include, sexual harassment prevention, domestic violence prevention in the workplace and diversity inclusion workshops. MaxLife also focuses on employee development training. Through observation and conversation, Toni and her team will focus on the heart of the organization to find the best tools for the participants. They ensure that workplace and learning environments are encouraging and favorable for members to contribute at their highest level of productivity, and the business will continue to grow and maintain stability.
