Nureka Findlater
Growing up in Jamaica, Nureka had the chance to move to Miami, Florida with her family and follow her dreams. Finally gaining a Family Youth and Community Science degree with minors in Theater and Leadership, she was the first generation to graduate. Years later Nureka found her passion for developing people from the inside out with John Maxwell Team and founding her own program, Core Transformed. Core Transformed is a personal and professional development company where the mission is to serve as a catalyst for radical life and business transformation. Nureka accomplishes this through professional coaching, mentorship, workshops, seminars and keynote speaking.

Core Transformed
More From Core Transformed:
My mission is to develop people who are greater on the inside than they are on the outside, so they can lead the life they were truly meant to live, making the impact they long to make. In short, my mission is to serve as a catalyst for life and business transformation from the inside out.
Individual Coaching
When working with you one-on-one, it is my highest objective to help you reach your potential by clarifying your purpose, goals and vision and working through John Maxwell programs specifically tailored to your needs.
Together, we will create a strategic, powerful plan to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be through a weekly process, including direct interaction and accountability.
Group Coaching Program
When working in a group setting — although it is not singular in nature — having the groups’ input magnifies the richness of the discussions and the results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create.
The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe and nurturing group environment.
