She quickly realized her passion lived in entrepreneurship and started building her client base. Monica’s passion lies in helping people grow their business, even a small growth in her clients business is a step in the right direction and Monica is satisfied because she made a difference.

Not only is Monica passionate about helping her clients but she never forgets to give back to the community. Monica is partnered with Uniting to Save the Animals, and helps provide low cost or free spay and neuters in the Frederick area, as well as assisting rescues with their every need.
