ENJOY THIS EPISODE:
Mike Fitzgerald is a true Entrepreneur one that is always pushing the envelope and testing his limits. Mike started investing in properties in 2004 and has bought and sold over 300 properties and has been involved in over 700 transactions. Mike even has 200 investment units in his real estate portfolio.
He started at a young age when he found a pearl on a job site and auctioned it off between his two grandfathers… His ingenuity continued when he sold over 2,000 new subscriptions for the Herald Mail before he was a teenager and even had an article written about him, naming him ‘The Birdman of Smithsburg.”
Mike recently took over a project at ‘The Grand Piano Building’ in downtown Hagerstown when other investors were scared by the scope of the work. Not Mike. He saw an opportunity to give back to the area that has given him so much. The building is finishing it’s final renovations and he is at 95% capacity.
Mike even started a real estate investing mastermind chapter, HubCity REIA, where investors are taught strategies for successful business opportunities and learn the strategies Mike has mastered.
