After moving to Frederick with her Husband, Julie “Jules” Harris began to spread her roots with the creation of Jules Fit Club. Inspiration stemmed from Jules’s large background of Wellness and Fitness Training and realizing there was a disconnect between the mind and body- in which a lot of fitness and training programs seemed to miss. Jules decided she needed to implement a new approach to the Fitness Industry and thus Jules Fit Club was created.
With Jules Fit Club it’s personal. Jules spends quality time with each client, making sure to understand them and form a relationship before creating and implementing their unique and personalized fitness program. With Jules Fit Club you work as a team. You are held accountable for your training and wellness and Jules is there to help you every step of the journey to your best self.
