Earl’s talent for hair styling came early. After being injured in Football and unable to play, he searched for a new avenue and stumbled upon hair dressing. Earl’s newfound passion ignited. Earl lived in California for most of his life. It wasn’t until he met his wife, Kelly, that he decided to spread his roots elsewhere.

Earl Pinedar
Kelly was a Fredericktonian and wanted to be close to home. Earl saw this as a new adventure and off they went, taking a 3 month road trip and creating a business plan for a hair salon along the way. Thus, Natural Fusion was born.
Natural Fusion has been open for a whopping 9 years. Earl says he strives to be as Eco-Friendly and green as they possibly can while still being an upscale hair salon. Earl’s Salon recycles, omits harsh chemicals, uses environmentally friendly products. Earl tries to limit his carbon footprint the best he can, which includes informing his clients on the environmental effects that most hair products produce. It’s a healthier environment for the hairdressers, the customers and the environment.
