Dana’s entrepreneurial spirit has been shining since she was young. She lived in a modest neighborhood that taught her hard work. If she wanted something, she would have to earn it. She started

working to earn a little cash, mowing lawns, shoveling snow and cleaning houses.
Dana started working full time once she graduated High School. Her teacher, Mr. Mudd helped her get a job at Century Mortgage Bankers. Six months later, she moved out of her parents house.
Dana has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years, she says the biggest change in the industry is the technology. Now everything is instant and computer driven.In 2005, Dana opened her own business with two partners, Frederick Mortgage Group. She then began starting her experience as a sale loan officer. Dana wished she had started it sooner.
She’s also a part of Fitzgerald Financial. She’s been there for 6 years and absolutely loves her job.
Not only is Dana a mortgager, she is also an auctioneer. She took an interest in the industry and was asked to sell at a couple of household sales. She went to Missouri Auction School and learned the tools of the trade. She has previously partnered with Heartly House, Mission of Mercy, American Heart Association, SHIP, YMCA, Frederick County Bar Association, Frederick County Realtors and many more to support their cause and auctioneer for them.
Dana embodies living life to the fullest and working hard to get what you want in life. She lives life holding no regrets and staying thankful for what comes her way.
