ENJOY THIS EPISODE:
Christine Van Bloom grew up outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She stuck to her roots and went to college in Pennsylvania as well. Before moving to Maryland and opening up The Kitchen Studio, Christine moved to New York City and worked in advertisement. It wasn’t until her husband got a job as a teacher in Walkersville that they moved to Frederick, and Christine opened up The Kitchen Studio in 2005. Offering a plethora of educational classes to all ages, The Kitchen Studio can bring out the culinary chef in even the inexperienced. Tie up your aprons, get your cookbooks ready and listen to the rest of Christine Van Bloom’s culinary journey.
More From Kitchen Studio
The Kitchen Studio Cooking School was founded in the summer of 2005, to bring fun, informative, and educational cooking classes to Frederick and beyond! We’re thrilled to have offered cooking classes for more than 10 years to a terrific and growing group of students. We offer both public and private cooking classes, corporate culinary team-building events, birthday parties for kids and adults, and after-school and summer cooking camps for kids and teens.
With several instructors now teaching at TKSCS, classes are held on differing levels and subjects…but all about food! Guest chefs also make regular appearances at the school. Register for a class today and come play with your food!
The Kitchen Studio is conveniently located at 5301 Buckeystown Pike next to the Hampton Inn, just off of Exit 31B on Interstate 270 and one mile from Interstate 70.
